Human Light & Loudness

Raccoons are afraid of
us, as we are.

We walk hand-
in-so-many-other-hands.

There’s a neon magic to our universe,
turtles creeping up the interstate.

Laughter echoes.
It’s okay.

There is still sound
with us gone.
